Materia Music Inc. has terminated its relationship with First Press Games GmbH and we are exploring legal options.
In 2018, we offered First Press Games the opportunity to create a CD version of the CrossCode soundtrack. Materia has not received statements or payments from First Press Games since 2023 Materia also learned that First Press Games repeatedly violated our rights, copyrights, and trademarks.
We apologize to our partners Nagi Shirakumo/Deniz Akbulut, Radical Fish Games, Deck13, and the many fans of CrossCode for entrusting such valuable music to a partner who was not able to meet its obligations and responsibilities.
