Materia Music Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Merchbar Inc. as a result of Merchbar’s ongoing failure to honor its contractual obligations, and offering Materia products without our authorization after Materia terminated the relationship.
Materia is no longer a business partner of Merchbar’s, and we will not fulfill orders placed through Merchbar.
If you have purchased Materia’s products on Merchbar, and have not received your item, we want to hear from you. Please email support@materia.store with proof of purchase, and our team will do our best to assist.
